Who are we?
Linda Rizzoli and Leanne French are a team of two fabulous women who, four short years ago, were exactly where you are today.
Each of us separately had made the demand of ourselves that we were going to create a life that we loved and that life was going to include relationships that really worked for us, that made us better and that were FUN.
And then we walked into a training, a room full of strangers about to lean into a learning experience like none other. It was full of tough conversations, brave introspection and wild gems of insight.
We spied each other across that room and we chose to be friends. Just like that. I know, it sounds like the friend version of a hallmark movie. But it’s true. We chose to create a clear, courageous friendship that made each of us better people.
We are going to deep dive into our “meet cute” in the challenge. It’s such a cool story!
And now here we are. We are friends and we are business partners. We have taken all our training from the world of coaching and leadership development and tuned it towards the art of female friendship. We have set about giving women the tools to create friendships where women can thrive. Because when women thrive, good things happen.
